Every client participating in the Lee Day Report Center (LDRC) program will be required to submit to random drug and alcohol testing. In addition to a random testing schedule, LDRC staff may, at any time and frequency, require clients to submit to a drug/alcohol test. Clients will be provided instructions on how to use the randomly scheduled call-in system as well as the web based system.
The LDRC also provides drug/alcohol testing for the Department of Health and Human Resources. Clients referred by DHHR are expected to follow the same rules as LDRC clients and to also follow the reporting procedures stipulated by their DHHR case worker.
