Clients in the Lee Day Report Center are referred by Circuit Courts, Magistrate Courts, Prosecuting Attorneys, Defense Attorneys, Probation Officers, Parole Officers, Department of Health and Human Resources, and Family Courts.
Clients eligible for referral to the Lee Day Report Center are those defendants or offenders who have been charged with or convicted of an offense for which he or she may be sentenced to a period of incarceration in a county or regional jail or a state correctional facility and for which probation or home incarceration may be imposed as an alternative to incarceration.
All clients must agree to undergo an assessment consisting of the LS/CMI, ASI, PDSQ, gambling questionnaire, drug screen and, if deemed necessary, a psychological evaluation and to participate in all treatment classes provided by the Lee Day Report Center and/or community-based treatment agencies.
